I played for Randlay when I was younger and have been a parent, coach and senior committee member collectively for around 15 years.

I have enjoyed my position as chairman and will continue to help the club grow moving forward and look forward to the future of Randlay.

I've been at at the club for 7 years now I started as a parent as 2 of my sons played for Randlay colts,  I then moved over to coaching and have been assistant manager for 3 teams here at Randlay. I love being part of the Randlay family and watching the children progress over the years, I'm looking forward to my new role as vice chair and helping the club progress.

As a parent, assistant coach, and now coach from U7s to U16s, my journey with Randlay over the past eight years has been nothing short of incredible. I’m honoured to have been elected as the new club secretary, and I look forward to using my experience and knowledge to support and inspire the next generation of coaches and players.

Welfare Officer - Kevin Ashley

My name is Kev Ashley

That will be my 29th year of coaching. I enjoy it as much now as I ever have and I’d say to anyone thinking of coaching - give it a go, it demands a lot, but it’s rewarding.

I’ve also been a qualified referee for 20 years. That’s different, but equally challenging and rewarding.

I’m also the clubs Welfare Officer and have been for a number of years. If you have any Welfare or Safeguarding issues, please reach out.

Treasurer - Natasha Walrond

I’ve been with Randlay 13 years now starting as a parent then progressing into a coaching role completing my level 1 & 2 I’ve been a committee member now for 7 years taking various roles including assistant welfare due to the club growing.

I love to help and support our teams both on a Saturday and a Sunday and cannot speak highly enough of the clubs vision for the future and excited to be part of it.

Girls Secretary - Paul Lee

I’m Paul Lee and I am the Secretary for the Girls for Randlay Colts Junior Football Club whilst being Manager to our Swifts Girls football team, as well as my Sons U15 Whites team. I have been involved with Randlay now for 9 years since 2017 where I took on my Sons U7 team. In 2023 Randlay made the exciting decision to set up a Girls team and as my daughter was interested, we set up our 1st Girl’s team. 3 years later they are still going strong and looking forward to their 5th season moving into U12s. My belief is in fairness and development for all and having lots of fun whilst doing it. I am extremely happy and privileged to be involved with a Great family club in Randlay Colts.

Social Media Manager - Mark Edwards

I'm proud to continue as Randlay Colts' Media Manager for a second consecutive season, while also continuing in my role as Manager of our U12 Blues.

As Media Manager, I oversee the club's social media platforms, sharing Team of the Week posts, celebrating club achievements, introducing our new Team of the Month awards, and keeping everyone informed with important club news, events, and opportunities for new players to join the Randlay family.

My aim is to keep our players, families, supporters, and sponsors informed, engaged, and connected while showcasing everything that makes Randlay Colts such a fantastic community club.

Managing the U12 Blues is especially rewarding, as my son is part of the team. It gives me a personal connection to the club and strengthens my passion for the values, opportunities, and environment that Randlay Colts provides for every player.

Following the much-needed improvements to our website last season, I'll continue to develop and maintain it throughout the year, looking for new ways to improve the experience for everyone who visits.

This season I'll also be introducing an enhanced Team of the Week feature, which will not only recognise our players' achievements but also showcase our fantastic team sponsors. I firmly believe that without the generosity and continued support of our sponsors, Randlay Colts would not be the thriving club it is today, and I'm proud to help give them the recognition they deserve.

I'm passionate about supporting the success of Randlay Colts both on and off the pitch, and I look forward to continuing to share the journey with our players, families, volunteers, sponsors, and the wider community.

Having been with Randlay JFC for 6years, I’ve loved seeing the club grow. In that time I’ve taken on many roles starting off as an assistant manager, to now I manage two teams, mini colts and U15 blues. Having been successful in these areas I felt it was the right time to step forward and become part of the committee taking on the role of Equipment Manager. I look forward to working closely with the other committee members helping the club grow from strength to strength.

Fundraising Manager - Gemma Heaton

I've been part of Randlay for 7 years as a parent, assistant manager and now running fundraising for the club. Having seen how much work goes into club events, I felt I wanted to step up. I am looking forward to my new role as we expand Randlay and with the growth of the girls and MJPL leagues and building a new club house, fundraising is vitally important
