Chairman - Steve Knight

I played for Randlay when I was younger and have been a parent, coach and senior committee member collectively for around 14 years. I have enjoyed my position as chairman and will continue to help the club grow moving forward and look forward to the future of Randlay
Vice-Chairman - Richard Pincher

I’m proud to join the committee as Vice Chairman and help support the future development and growth of the club alongside an incredible team of volunteers, coaches, and players.
I am lucky to manage a fantastic team within the club and watching them develop and grow is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
From pitch-side to committee meetings, I bring passion, energy, and a deep belief that Randlay Colts can provide future generations a real focus through football.
Secretary - Glen Hughes

As a parent, assistant coach, and now coach from U7s to U16s, my journey with Randlay over the past eight years has been nothing short of incredible. I’m honoured to have been elected as the new club secretary, and I look forward to using my experience and knowledge to support and inspire the next generation of coaches and players.
Welfare Officer - Kevin Ashley

My name is Kev Ashley, I will manage a Randlay U13 team in the MJPL in 25/26.
That will be my 28th year of coaching. I enjoy it as much now as I ever have and I’d say to anyone thinking of coaching - give it a go, it demands a lot, but it’s rewarding.
I’ve also been a qualified referee for 20 years. That’s different, but equally challenging and rewarding.
I’m also the clubs Welfare Officer and have been for a number of years. If you have any Welfare or Safeguarding issues, please reach out.
Treasurer - Natasha Walrond

I’ve been with Randlay 12 years now starting as a parent then progressing into a coaching role completing my level 1 & 2 I’ve been a committee member now for 6 years taking various roles including assistant welfare due to the club growing.
I love to help and support our teams both on a Saturday and a Sunday and cannot speak highly enough of the clubs vision for the future and excited to be part of it.
Girls Secretary - Paul Lee

I’m Paul Lee and I am the Secretary for the Girls for Randlay Colts Junior Football Club whilst being Manager to our Swifts Girls football team, as well as my Sons U14 Whites team. I have been involved with Randlay now for 8 years since 2017 where I took on my Sons U7 team. In 2023 Randlay made the exciting decision to set up a Girls team and as my daughter was interested, we set up our 1st Girl’s team. 3 years later they are still going strong and looking forward to their 4th season moving into U11s. My belief is in fairness and development for all and having lots of fun whilst doing it. I am extremely happy and privileged to be involved with a Great family club in Randlay Colts.
Social Media Manager - Mark Edwards

I’m proud to be the newly appointed Media Manager at Randlay Colts, where I’ve been actively involved for the past three years.
In my role, I manage the club’s social media platforms, sharing Team of the Week posts, celebrating club achievements, and posting important updates— including exciting opportunities for new players to join our Randlay family. My goal is to keep our community informed, engaged, and united through everything happening at the club.
I also manage my own Randlay team, which my son plays for—giving me a personal connection and a strong passion for the club’s values and vision.
As part of the club’s continued growth, I’m excited to be launching a new and improved Randlay Colts website, designed to be more user-friendly and informative for players, parents, and supporters.
I’m passionate about supporting the success of Randlay Colts, both on and off the pitch, and I look forward to helping share the journey with players, families, and the wider community.
Equipment Manager - Owen Lloyd

Having been with Randlay JFC for 5years, I’ve loved seeing the club grow. In that time I’ve taken on many roles starting off as an assistant manager, to now I manage two teams, mini colts and U14 blues. Having been successful in these areas I felt it was the right time to step forward and become part of the committee taking on the role of Equipment Manager. I look forward to working closely with the other committee members helping the club grow from strength to strength.
Fundraising Manager - Gemma Heaton

Ive been part of Randlay for 5 years as a parent, assistant manager and now running fundraising for the club. Having seen how much work goes into club events, I felt I wanted to step up. I am looking forward to my new role as we expand Randlay and with the growth of the girls and MJPL leagues and building a new club house, fundraising is vitally important
